Coombes
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), Mark is a highly experienced HR professional and experienced business leader.
Mark's career started in IT and included being a founder member / Director of an IT company. As the IT company grew Mark moved into HR in the mid 1990's. Over his career Mark has worked with organisations of all sizes from SME to Blue Chip's covering both private and public sectors with unionised and non-unionised environments, working at both a senior management / strategic change and operational level.
Founding Connective Business Solutions in 2010, Mark's unique blend of 'business' 'HR' experience makes him the ideal HR Consultant to help you and your business. His dedicated and personable approach is engendered across our team to form long lasting relationships with our clients.

Daniel
Coombes
Dan is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc CIPD) and a dedicated HR professional grounded in people leadership.
His decade in operational leadership roles, managing large teams in fast-paced complex environments followed by several years as an HR Business Partner for a global manufacturing company, is his greatest asset. This practical experience gives him a deep, commercial perspective, ensuring the HR solutions he delivers are not just compliant, but perfectly aligned with wider business goals and operational realities.
Dan's approach is pragmatic and people-focused, adeptly balancing employment law and best practice with an understanding of your unique organisational context. With clear communication and a collaborative style, he builds trusted relationships with clients, serving as a strategic partner to align people practices with core business objectives.

Angela
Holloman-Coombes
A Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI) and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc CIPD), Angela is a proven and adaptable HR and business professional with expertise in training and management across both Private and Public sectors.
Angela spent the first 5 years of her career as a Training Consultant for an IT company, training clients in a variety of areas including word processing, spreadsheets, accounts, graphics and desktop publishing products. Whilst her career has progressed since then, Angela always maintained and enhanced her training portfolio and skills to include HR, People Management, and other aspects.
Prior to joining Connective Business Solutions in 2011 Angela spent over 10 years in management roles giving her a wealth of experience managing teams and people. Her likeable and personal approach are key components in our ongoing success.
